Shandong Shimizu Chemical Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japanese joint venture established by Japan Shimizu Sangyo Co., Ltd and Weifang Tuoshi Chemical Co., Ltd. as the main investors. Shandong Shimizu Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the professional chemical park—Shandong Changyi (Xiaying) Binhai Economic Development Zone. This factory was completed and put into production in 2015. After the completion of the first phase of investment, it will reach a production capacity of more than 10,000 tons of special chemicals. Relying on the strong foundation of Weifang Tuoshi Chemical Co., Ltd. in esterification, transesterification, rectification, and advanced polymerization technology, Shandong Shimizu has become the largest dimethyl isophthalate producer in the world, with an annual export capacity of 6,000 tons. Moreover, we are the only dimethyl isophthalate supplier officially registered in REACH in Asia. Our other main products are: Allyl Isophthalate, diallyl phthalate, dipropylene carbonate and corresponding oligomers, etc., which are widely used in engineering polymers and insulation coatings industries.
